The prepared questionnaire collects personal data that directly or even potentially identify the directly concerned. It should be noted that the compilation of the same is a direct manifestation of consent to the processing of data which, even only potentially, can be profiled for a purely statistical, quantitative and qualitative purpose. The possibility is represented to the interested party that personal data may be stored and processed for other statistical and strategic purposes, as far as known, adequately specified also with regard to the categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated. The response to the questionnaire implies consent to the processing of personal data as indicated in the aforementioned information (pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

This information is provided pursuant to the “Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council” of 27 April 2016, as well as Legislative Decree 196/03 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) and refers exclusively to the administration of questionnaires by the Permanent Municipal Observatory for Tourism set up by the Municipality of Capo d’Orlando. The interested party (i.e. the user who is administered a questionnaire by the Permanent Municipal Observatory for Tourism) is invited to read this Privacy Policy carefully, before communicating any type of information/personal data and/or completing any electronic form made available by the Permanent Municipal Observatory for Tourism. The storage place of the data connected to the services provided by the portal is located at the Data Center of the Municipality of Capo d’Orlando, which hosts the site https://www.comune.capodorlando.me.it for navigation data (log ) and for other communications, with the exception of cookies which are stored on Users’ computers. The legal basis of the processing can be identified in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, for sending documentation and updating of its products and/or services, to collect feedback on their use or for the execution of a contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. The questionnaires may ask for certain personal data of a common nature (e.g. age or gender). Particular categories of data or data relating to criminal convictions or crimes are not treated in any way. These data will not be recorded on other media and/or devices. The data collected is not communicated or disseminated in any way, except in aggregate form. These data have a maximum expiry of five years, beyond which such data may no longer be representative and useful for a correct analysis. The interested party can exercise the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of regulation 2016/679, including that of requesting consultation, updating, correction or cancellation of data, as well as that of opposing the processing for legitimate reasons, by contacting the data controller.
